In the summer of 2021 sustainable period product brand, DAME, held an innovation camp for 17-18 year olds, taking place at Oxford University in collaboration with education charity Universify. The week consisted of talks, activities and workshops. The DAMECHANGERS created their own marketing plans, considering budgets, timelines and the creation of assets for campaigns, they also developed sub-brands - a teen division of DAME. Talks were held by successful designers and figureheads in the world of sustainability, discussing topics such as the gender health gap and how success can be achieved in your career.

I developed a sub-brand of DAME for DAMECHANGERS. The brief was to create a teen version of the DAME brand, I introduced two new colours to the existing palette, developed a new logo and typography style. The assets were used across social channels, email and printed items at the camp itself. I created a sticker pack which went down very well with the girls.

I was also able to help out at the camp in the workshops, here I assisted the groups on their presentations and encouraged them to come up with their own unique ideas for campaigns. I ensured that they had support in designing assets for their own sub-brands by showing them the process that I went through to create the look and feel for DAMECHANGERS.
